What does o1 Labs do?
o1 Labs is an AI education, consulting, and transformation firm. We help companies adopt artificial intelligence with confidence through hands-on workshops, strategic AI product consulting, and enterprise learning and development programs.
Who are o1 Labs' services for?
We work with organizations of all sizes, from cross-functional teams new to AI through to C-suite and VP-level leaders. Our programs span beginner AI fundamentals through to leadership-level AI strategy.
What AI workshops does o1 Labs offer?
Offerings include hands-on Applied AI Workshops, spanning AI fundamentals, AI for product management, and tool deep-dives across Gemini and Claude, plus a four-week AI Product Strategy Sprint. An Executive AI Leadership Program for senior decision makers is currently in development.
How quickly can you turn a program around?
Measured from an agreed brief, we plan against about a week for a single workshop built around your team, your tools and your own examples, about two weeks for a full day or a multi-session series, and kick-off within two weeks for the four-week AI Product Strategy Sprint once the scope is agreed.
These are typical timelines, not guarantees. They assume the scope is settled and that we can get a short discovery conversation with the right people. Anything that depends on your internal data, your procurement process or a legal review moves at your organization's pace rather than ours, and we would rather say so now than miss a date later. If you need something faster than this, ask. Sometimes we can, and we will tell you plainly when we cannot.
