o1 Labs is a small consultancy run by Freddy Alcantara. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect on this website, why we collect it, and how to get it removed. If anything here is unclear, email hello@o1-labs.com and we will answer.
The short version
- We do not run any analytics, advertising, or tracking scripts on this site.
- We do not sell, rent, or share your information with anyone for marketing.
- The only information we collect is what you type into a form and send to us.
- You can ask us to delete your information at any time and we will.
What we collect and why

Where the information goes
Form submissions are sent to our database, which is hosted by Supabase. Only Freddy has access to it. We keep enquiries for as long as they are useful for the conversation you started, and no longer than three years, after which we delete them.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Stripe is the payment processor and holds your card details under its own privacy policy. We receive only the information we need to fulfil your order, such as your name, email address, and what you bought.
Cookies and third parties
o1 Labs does not set any cookies of its own, and there is no analytics or advertising code on this site. A few third-party services do load as part of normal page delivery:
- Google Fonts serves the typefaces used across the site. Google receives your IP address as part of that request. See Google's privacy policy.
- YouTube embeds the example clips on the Social Media Clips page. Playing one of those videos means YouTube may set cookies in your browser under its own terms.
- Stripe hosts the checkout pages linked from the Social Media Clips page.
- Vercel hosts this website and keeps standard server logs, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
Client footage and materials
If you hire us for clips, workshops, or consulting, we handle whatever material you give us, such as recordings, decks, and internal documents, as confidential. We only use it to deliver the work you hired us for. We do not publish or repurpose it without your written permission, and we do not use it to train any AI model.
Your choices
You can email hello@o1-labs.com at any time to ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. We will do it within 30 days, and usually much faster. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR in the European Union and the UK, or the CCPA in California. We will honour those requests regardless of where you are.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle information, we will update this page and change the date at the top. There is no separate notification list, so if this matters to you, check back here.
